La Dr.ssa Zerbini ha conseguito la Laurea Magistrale a Ciclo unico in Medicina e Chirurgia presso l'Università degli Studi di Pavia con lode nel 2011 e nel 2018, presso lo stesso ateneo, ha ottenuto il diploma di Specializzazione Medica in Endocrinologia e Malattie del Metabolismo, con il massimo dei voti e lode. Nel 2012 ha, inoltre, conseguito il Diploma di Licenza presso l'istituto di Studi Superiori di Pavia (IUSS-Scuola ad ordinamento normale) con votazione eccellente.

Negli anni della formazione specialistica presso la scuola pavese di stampo pisano del Prof. Chiovato, ha maturato particolare interesse ed esperienza nella gestione della patologia tiroidea benigna e maligna. Attualmente svolge la propria attività in regime di collaborazione libero professionale presso il Policlinico di Monza e presso poliambulatori del territorio. La Dr.ssa Zerbini svolge attività ambulatoriale di Endocrinologia con particolare interesse per la patologia nodulare tiroidea, esecuzione di agoaspirato ecoguidato tiroideo, diagnosi e follow-up del carcinoma differenziato tiroideo, patologia autoimmunitaria della tiroide, patologia tiroidea in gravidanza e postpartum. Svolge inoltre attività ambulatoriale diabetologica: diagnosi, terapia, monitoraggio a lungo termine delle complicanze diabete relate in un'ottica di prevenzione cardio-renale.

Da luglio 2022 collabora con l'Ambulatorio di Diabetologia ed Endocrinologia della Clinica Nova Lux polispecialistica di Meda
